The Arts
We believe the arts are as important as academics. Our daily art classes allow students to develop their different sides and learn how to express themselves with flair. We also offer a wide range of practical arts classes so that our students can become competent, capable people who know the value and satisfaction of work.
There are many opportunities to be involved in music and drama throughout the year. In addition to regular music classes, the whole high school – students and faculty – gather every morning to start the day by singing: folk songs, spirituals, madrigals, and more. Everyone is encouraged to stretch themselves through taking drama and improvisation workshops, acting in plays, and being part of the high school musical. |
